We offer programs for children ranging from infant to school age. If you have any questions about these programs, please feel free to contact us.
Our infant area provides high quality care in an environment that is designed with the parent and child in mind. Infants eat and sleep on demand in the early months and move toward a routine similar to our toddler classroom by 1 year of age. Our teachers develop relationships with your baby, fostering a sense of security for you and your little one. Teachers sing songs, read books, tell stories, hold and play with your little one throughout the day. There are a variety of age-appropriate toys in the classroom to stimulate your little one and help them achieve developmental milestones.
At this age, children are meeting new challenges as fast as they come. Crawling, walking and eventually running are levels they accomplish in what seems like a blink of an eye. Children are continuing to master self-feeding and have transitioned from bottle to sippy cup. Because routines are so important to young children; meals, nap, outside, circle time, and other key parts of the day are on a schedule. Toddlers learn best if they are in a stimulating environment so music, stories, indoor, and outdoor play envelop much of the day. Our caregivers are dedicated to helping each child develop skills through a trusting and loving relationship.
Two-year olds are naturally curious and eager to learn and explore new things. Their brains are like sponges constantly taking in everything around them. We provide a stimulating environment to promote their growing independence. Whether it’s helping them learn to drink from a cup, share a toy, or potty train, they’re gaining valuable skills and confidence along with their growing independence. They experience literacy through circle time, books, music, singing, games and interactions with teachers. Our early preschool classroom activities are developmentally appropriate for each age group, ensuring your child is exposed to activities that will stimulate their brains and build skills to reach developmental milestones.
Our preschool program is designed for children 3 through 5 years of age. We focus on creating a learning environment for this age group based on play, while introducing them to science, art, music and language. At the early stages of preschool, children are sensory-motivated. They learn through touching, tasting, seeing and smelling as well as listening to others. Through developmentally appropriate and self-directed activities, our preschoolers can follow their unique interests and learning preferences as they develop cognitive, social, and emotional skills. Our teachers provide a wide range of instructional strategies and activities to encourage meaningful and engaged learning. Our goal is to enhance education by utilizing the natural curiosity of the child and to teach them that learning can be fun. As they grow, preschool age children are exploring their worlds, learning about boundaries and independence. We work to foster an environment where preschoolers learn in a safe, fun way.
As children get older and more independent, they need new challenges. That’s why we offer a school-age program that addresses the changing and more varied needs of older children. A variety of age-appropriate interest areas are provided to engage the children, and opportunities for indoor and outdoor active movement are provided throughout the day. During the school year, we transport children to and from some area public schools. Upon arrival at the center, they are provided a snack then given choices for fun activities or games to play, before ending their afternoon with some fresh air on our playground. Summer months are filled with fun activities, science experiments, group activities, crafts, and field trips! Some of our regularly scheduled field trips include swimming, bowling, movies, area parks, and an indoor bounce house location.
